Meg Selig is the author of Changepower! 37 Secrets to Habit Change Success (Routledge, 2009). She is a licensed professional counselor (L.P.C) and national certified counselor (N.C.C.), and was a practicing counselor for over 30 years. She earned her M.A.Ed. in Counseling at Washington University in St. Louis.
While a professor of counseling at St. Louis Community College, Meg created a one-credit class, "Habit Change," and taught that class every semester for 10 years. Her students provided many of the inspiring stories in her book.
